Updates as of March 2024.
The following sites have been blacklisted by The Online Casino Gambling Directory. If you would like more information -- or proof -- as to why these sites have been blacklisted, just send me an email. I have been in this business for over 10 years, and I do not take blacklisting a site lightly.

- GaminGang Affiliates /
50 States Casino
- Re-Blacklist date: 12 Nov 2009.
- Blacklist reason: Spamming. This affiliate program continues to send me emails, despite Bruce assuring me "This will not happen again, I can definitely assure you of this.". If the affiliate program spams affiliates, I am quite confident that they will do the same to players.
- GaminGang Affiliates / 50 States Casino
- Blacklist date: 16 Jul 2009.
- Blacklist reason: Spamming. This affiliate program has repeatedly emailed me asking me to join their program, and yet I am already a member. Emails were sent to undiscoled recipients, were identical in content, and sent from various email addresses on different domains. If the affiliate program spams affiliates, I am quite confident that they will do the same to players.
- Update: 19 Jul 2009: Bruce from GaminGang was professional enough to send me a reply, posted here in the spirit of fairness.

Hello Robert,
I believe you deserve an explanation,
We have hired several new affiliate managers. Some of these managers are young, fresh and very eager to promote us.
Unfortunately, they had not made the effort to check if you had signed up already.
I have personally approached the affiliate manager (whom I had hired as well), and spoken to him about his behavior.
This will not happen again, I can definitely assure you of this.
Regarding the issue of blacklisting, if there is anything I personally can do to undo this, please let me know as I will personally do my best to prove ourselves to you. If there is not, I understand your stance and I appreciate your personally letting me know.
Robert, if you need help with anything at all, please let me know.
Regards,
Bruce
